This Privacy Policy explains how Ektor Keys (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit www.ektorkeys.com (the “Site”).
Information you give us
When you use the booking inquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, event type, event date, configuration, event location or venue, and message. When you use the song suggestion form, we collect your name, email address, the song you suggest, and optionally the occasion, your city, and whether you want to receive updates about shows, new music and events.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry or suggestion, to plan and quote performances, and, only if you tick the updates box, to send you news about upcoming shows and music. You can ask us to stop sending updates at any time using the contact details below.
Form processing
Our forms are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a third-party form-to-email service, which processes the information you submit in order to send it to our inbox. Please see the Web3Forms privacy policy at https://web3forms.com/privacy for details.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. You can learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Embedded content and outside links
The Site embeds music and video players from SoundCloud and YouTube, and may show an events calendar from Google. These services may set cookies and collect information about your interaction with the embedded content under their own privacy policies. The Site also links to music platforms, social networks, and to Cash App and Venmo for optional tips. Payments made through Cash App or Venmo are handled entirely by those services; we do not receive or store your payment card details.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, as needed to operate the Site and respond to you, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry and suggestion emails for as long as needed to respond and manage bookings.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
