Booking inquiries
Submitting a booking inquiry is a request for information only. It does not create a booking, reservation, or contract. Availability, pricing, and performance terms are confirmed separately in writing.
Song suggestions
Song suggestions are welcome but there is no guarantee that a suggested song will be performed.
Tips
Tips sent through Cash App or Venmo are voluntary gifts, are processed by those services under their own terms, and are non-refundable through this Site.
Intellectual property
The music, recordings, photos, videos, logos, and text on the Site belong to Ektor Keys or their respective owners and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.
Third-party services and links
The Site embeds or links to third-party services such as SoundCloud, YouTube, streaming platforms, social networks, Cash App, and Venmo. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
